4. Inquiries & Transactions

Submitting an inquiry, application, or review through the Site does not create a contract or reservation. All transactions are subject to separate written agreements that may include inspections, health certifications, transport arrangements, deposits, and payment terms agreed upon by both parties.

You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before completing any transaction. Title and risk of loss pass according to the terms of the applicable written agreement.

We accept the following payment methods, subject to verification and written confirmation:

6. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet address and network. Greenfield Ranch & Estates is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect addresses, network errors, or volatility in cryptocurrency values. Amounts due are calculated at the time of invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:
